I had this issue with my ROO chrono. I bought in late 2022, and I noticed the 9 o’clock issue within a week of buying it. I had to send it back in for service. I was annoyed but they made things right at the time to make me satisfied.

Fast forward to a few weeks ago and I noticed the issue again. Combined with all the stuff I’m reading about this issue with the movement, I traded the watch away to get a PP.
