I'd be interested to know as well...I really like the platinum version, though I doubt I'd be a buyer of one

2 AD told me they can get SS version by end/yr.
After thought, decided not to move forward, would have to upset current collection to fund with little or no gain. |

As much as I complain about re-issues and tributes, after some consideration and after having seen the ss one in person, I think I'm getting a ss one. I've put in a order at two different AD's. Now how to avoid paying MSRP??? :-)

I bought one in SS at the JLC boutique in NYC. It's a very attractive watch, IMHO! PS: High interest in this watch at boutique, selling like hotcakes, only 800 in SS worldwide!

I wanted to love this watch, finally found a place that had one in stock but was a bit underwhelmed. It was okay but didn't have the "wow" factor I was hoping for.
It's true though they have sold very quickly |

Big fan of the lume plots on glass and textured dial, not particularly fond of the $10K SS list price.
The JLC MUT 39 even had a lower list when it was first released. |

This version doesn't have lume plots on the crystal like the vintage one, they're built into the rehaut...at least from my understanding
