MATTHEW McCABE - aka TOURBILLON TIME WORKS - Tourbillon Time - BEWARE - GOOD GUY GONE BAD - THIEF!!! Matthew McCabe Once was a respected good guy NOW HAS GONE BAD!!! He was a friend, and was even invited to spend time in my vacation home in Vail Colorado! I had done many deals with Matthew before and all went fine. he owes me $ 10,000.00 for a watch that he never delivered. After nearly 2 dozen good deals, i gave hin a deposit on a Patek that he promised he would deliver. THAT WAS 3 YEARS AGO!!! Many excuses Many Lies NOW HE HAS DISAPPEARED! MIA!!! He refuses to answer my emails, textx and voice mails YET he is active on this any many boards, still selling. If he will STEAL from a friend, i would advise everyone to BEWARE I have contacted the authorities already and anyone who knows where he is located , please contact me Thanks Alan |

checked in the local hospitals?
i once thought i'd been scammed then it turned out the seller was in hospital with a burst appendix!!! he felt worse about not being able to contact me than the appendix!!

Not for years! He promised to pay me back many times He is active on Facebook and in fact had bragged to may other mutual friends that he owes me money and has not paid it back! That is what makes it so disappointing I have called him 50 times in the past week, texted 35 times and emailed and no response YET he tells another south florida dealer about how he cheated me! that is what is so insulting! and after hundreds of thusands of dollars of good deals! very disappointing but EVERYONE BE AWARE! |

Stories BUT NO MONEY I think I have been patient more that most. I am trying to find his address and have contacted the Polixe Very disappointing!!!! Update on Matthew McCabe
Just a quick update on Matthew McCabe
He has still not paid and now has not responded to any of my emails I have tried to find his current address, if anyone knows where he is please let me know I spoke with the Miami Dade Police and without an address they can't help at all,not much help at all I was told to contact the FBI for Internet and interstate fraud. I have contacted my corporate attorney and will likely have to proceed with litigation to recoup the money. A lesson learned!!! To all , please be careful as even a good guy can turn BAD! If he will steal from me, and I spent a ton of money with him, he will definitely do the same to others. I'm very sorry to hear that you couldn't sort it out Alan. Thanks for keeping us updated on as things are unfolding. I have been wondering what happened in this case. I think all you can do now is go the legal route as advised. The best of luck with that.

Man I hate when I hear this stuff. I've been scammed in the past, I know the feeling. Sometimes I got my money back, sometimes I didn't. Imagine being scammed out of $50k from your own girlfriend's parents. Yeah, seems impossible but happened, and never saw it again.
Well, help us help you. What is his screen name so we can be on the lookout? I know there are always two sides to a story, but if he never sent you the watch or gave your money back, he's guilty plain and simple. |
