Scammer from Kentucky - "jerri" Jerry Price

He responded to my Wanting To Buy - in the classified section.

He send me pictures of a ladies Rolex 6917 with a white dial/roman
We agreed on $1,000 and he gave me his wife's bank account with Chase

I paid into their account the money January 12 2016.
He promised delivery Friday the 15th of January...and I am still waiting
3 weeks later Wife promised my money back but...I am still waiting for that...

Well... anyone who can help in recovering my money from these two idiots
please PM me - They live in Hagerhill, KY which is near Paintsville.

Here is their info
He - Jerry Price possibly working for "Big Sandy heating & AC
near Paintsville, KY. - Tel: (606) 297-2665, (606) 297-4328
email: 360degreestands@gmail.com

She - Brenda Faye Price possibly working for HR Block in Salyersville, KY
Tel: (606)349-5624
email: brendaprice57@gmail.com

Home address: 132 Arland Heights, Hagerhill, KY 41222... (606) 788-1041 ?

Why I allowed to be taken for a ride ?
1. Small amount correct for this watch
2. Checked out on two previous transactions he had made for the same amount
3. There was a "real" bank account rather than a fly by night type of payment etc.

I'm not really the cop calling type, but that's what you need to do in this case, especially with all the info you have on them. Good luck.

Further on this case
The woman by the name of Brenda Price is single and not married
She told me she has no clue who "jerri" is and never had a Rolex
watch for sale. The account at Chase (she said) was opened a few
days before the transfer and closed a couple of days after.
She never took the money although the accept button was clicked
but apparently someone else did all that.
Anyway as she did not have all the money I gave her a discount (yes I did)
of 200 dollars - she will send me 400 tonight and 400 next pay day on the 19th
She is sending via western Union as she does not have an account with chase
I know I know ---just taking the easiest way out...I am happy with it

Scammer from Kentacky - "jerri" Jerry Price

This is interesting. Here is the business affiliated with his email address. In Georgia. But the email on their site is different than the one he provided. Only reason this caught my attention is because I was just shopping for tree stands.

So a woman who is in no way involved in the sale (according to her), is going to give you $800 for no reason?? Doesn't add up to me either.

Exactly. If paying you back isn't an admission of guilt then what is?

I think you've found the culprit, she knows you have too much info on her and she doesn't want to be done for wire fraud.

I am not looking for a revenge - Chase is interested and I rather
have 80% of my money without litigation costs after 3 years.

So far the problem is that being a single mother she does not have
even the 400 part payment (living paycheck to paycheck etc.)

I have remained civil, jovial and understanding - I guess you get more
with "honey" than vinegar...not 25k - 35k involved for a tougher approach.

The good part is that we are talking - She is getting a loan from her office
(so she said)...we shall see where we'll go with this. - It has become more
of an exercise in a mild chase than... I want my money now !!

What do you think ?

What do I think? Honestly, you're getting played with her bs stories

Hopefully she's as loyal as you are and finds it in her heart to actually give up the money. Good luck brother and hopefully everything turns out right in the end

You are getting the run-around from what info you shared. But may as well play along on the 1% chance it works out.....because once you bring the law down you loos the leverage you are trying to work now. BUT, letting them dick around while you know their location may be a huge mistake as they may disappear at any hour. Give a short deadline and STICK to it.

I had a "friend" who sold me a superfake daytona. I had to open the back to find out it wasn't real. I took a similar course of action and asked for almost all the money back execpt a few hundred. I got the money back right away. Im sure the dude was in a bad place.

Glad to hear your story worked out.

That sucks Anastasio...sometimes even with the best due diligence you can get screwed. Never happened with a watch but once I remember buying 3 Blackberries from Craigslist for the office. Sent the money which at the time was over 1500 and then blamo!! seller disappeared. He was in Toronto and all I had was his real name as well as a payphone number. I sent him a last email stating that I knew his name and I knew he used a payphone which meant that he could not logically be living further than a 3 block radius from that payphone. I stated that I would make it my life's mission to drive down there and find him to 'sort it out'. 3 hours later I received a refund :) Off topic, I'm in Fort Lauderdale as we speak, is Greek Isles restaurant worth checking out? Eime dopios Ellinas ;)

I just sent a direct message to TempoKing. I am in the process of being scammed by the same guy. He calls himself Wade Price in his current scam with me. He took $500 from me for the purchase of a Hamilton Titanium that has not been received in over 6 weeks. He says he is suing the currier that he sent the watch from.

After finding Tempo's post, I've conceded to the fact that I've been officially scammed. Hopefully Tempo can help me recoup some of the money like he did.

If anyone (including admin's) want any information on the current scam, I can provide over 200 emails that have been exchanged with "Wade".
