I think 7 to 10 years is close enough for service depending on wear. My first GMT was not serviced for 13 years and still was within 2 seconds a day.

I agree with you Blackeagle, unless you are noticing some regulation deviation or something else that is "not right." Especially if you are a multiple watch wearer, or put yours through "severe duty."
