Icon20 Why would anybody want to have an Explorer I....

Some people don't like it so much.....
But it is so comfortable on your wrist.. and the dial is so clean...
So simple.. and classic...

Looks like Olloclip shots to me!

Agreed. I like the Explorer I a lot. Classic looking piece, and I wouldn't mind one at all.

Agreed, it is indeed a lovely watch, and certainly in the "to-buy" list. But in the war of classics, each time I wonder which model is "the one", the 14060 2-liner wins. Superb pictures by the way. Enjoy in good heatlh.

Great pictures! I personally like the Explorer I much more than the II!

If someone wants a classic, rugged Rolex in a nice form factor they ought to look no further than the Explorer.

I love that watch. I still feel it is the purist dial Rolex made. Unfortunately, it is too small for my big a&*.

The reason why the Rolex Explorer 1 is so comfortable to wear is because it was designed not to be big and bulky while doing activities with it on.

Very nice photos! (that second hand pic just became my screensaver at work)

The Explorer has been my daily wearer for ten years, and I find the size just perfect. Versatile and stealth, just a beautiful watch.
