lol I'm flying out of MIA tomorrow, just came to buy some furniture and possible roped in to buy another apartment. I have to sell all my Rolex watches now

There's great deals to be had though. Possible 2 apartments right next to each other and knock down a common fire wall to make one big apartment we'll see if any code violated or not

I'm on beach in Fort Lauderdale/33308 zip, I cruise to 95 via oakland, broward, sunrise in my bentley/lambo/ferrari/mclaren gold watch out and never ever have had a scare or issue in past 6 years]

Areas are really turning around big time, all the major horror crime stories are all in dade/miami

Fort laud beach is amazing, truly.. every scene possible
I can prob get you a great deal at harbor beach marriot beach club where I belong also, a hidden paradise/gem!

I was looking at houses today at Oakland and bayview and really
Liked what I saw from 37th to 32nd didn't cross Oakland park. I heard the same thing about Oakland Park, not as bad as it was. I saw just some beautiful homes again between 37 down to 35th bayview, may alter my plans on buying an apartment, rent those but maybe buy in BayView.

The apartments are getting the wife's touch as u can see by the pictures abouve. For lunch we walked around an area called By The Sea, lots of little restaurants, had a nice French Omelet with spinach and a cup of Cafe latte. Really good

Anyone can chime in on that plan

I flew out today to Knoxville. I was supposed to leave yesterday but missed the flight, maybe have a GTG later this year when things slow down. Like I said I loved Bayview.
