Not an easy task, Patriot Act rules, 1099's, taxes etc... Check out Charles Schwab "off shore" program.

Heron Therapeutics Announces Presentations of Results from Phase 2 Clinical Trial of HTX-011 in Hernia Repair at PAINWeek® 2016

"I have been working in acute pain research for 25 years and I have worked with many new products. I am extremely impressed with the efficacy of HTX-011,” commented Harold S. Minkowitz, MD, Diplomat American Board of Anesthesiology, Department of Anesthesiology, Memorial Hermann Memorial City Medical Center. “Additionally, the unique ability to instill HTX-011 with equal efficacy to a standard infiltration technique provides a fast, easy and safe route of administration.”

“The results presented today give us confidence as we prepare for our broad-based Phase 3 registration program,” commented Barry D. Quart, PharmD, Chief Executive Officer of Heron Therapeutics. “We remain focused on our goal of delivering a therapeutic tool that can not only greatly reduce pain levels following surgery, but also reduce the burden of opioids.”

Twtr been rolling on buyout spec with suitors such as Disney, Msft, sales force and Google.

Have a small stake in it that I bought recently around $20 and am tempted to sell but can't help myself. Gut says hold.

Heron Therapeutics

The consensus among several analysts on HRTX is HOLD/BUY and I am doing both.

Happy Trading!

My favorite ETFs are: PEY, USMV, TDIV, NOBL, REGL and SMDV, non-core TTFS, XLK, FDN, XLF, XLV, IBB, iPay, HACK

Stocks; Google, Amazon, FaceBook, Adobe, SalesForce, NVDIA, Twilio, FedEx, UPS, MasterCard, Visa, HomeDepot, Lowes, TJMaxx, Palo Alto, SQM, MNST, VZ and TMUS, Tesla (under $200)

Unless you can buy all/most of those stocks in 4% weightings, don't cherry pick, just use the ETFs

I'm taking a fair bit of my profits since I didn't touch anything during the crash in 2008 up to 19,980 or whatever it got to and press some profits on the canibis bussiness.

Lots of new innovations, Marijuana stocks, new grow products and equipment. They can be considered almost penny stocks and I believe it's going to do very well if not explode. I think with the recent change in laws and states opening up licensing for businesses that will be well regulated now it has a great chance to make people very wealthy if by chance you get in early.

Also drones are going to only grow exponentially too. Wine bussiness has kept me pretty happy and thats growing well also

I am all for investing in cannibis. Lord knows, I have already spent enough money on it.

Do you have any specific stock suggestions.

Interesting. And thank you.

I did a bit of research yesterday and this is one of the ones that I like.

I am thinking about the following:

CARA
ABBV
INSY
SMG

Two are relatively expensive. While two a relatively not.

I am thinking about dropping 5k in to each as they all have very different roles in the same field. And worst case scenario, they are mostly solid companies even without the cannabis products.

And IMHO, cannabis is really at the very beginning. Clearly it is going to get more and more prevalent as the fight goes on.

the fed will crush everyone. they do it all the time. these companies are little more than speculative pennyesque stocks.
