The "No Regrets" Sale!!

Hi guys,

Ever had a watch which you sold and had absolutely no regrets about it?

I did, just once....when I sold my SS DJ last year after using it for a month or so. Found it just too damn small and was happy to get rid of it.

Cheers - JJ

I part exchanged a Bertolucci for my TT sub. I'd tried to get my original Pulcra Maris repaired and they could not do it due to manufacturing changes. Instead they sent me a new watch but it was not as sturdy as the orininal one I'd had and I only kept it for a few days before part exchanging it. It got me my TT sub so there are no regrets there.

Since I have never sold a watch (and it is unlikely I ever will), I have no regrets.

I have sold plenty of watches and I really have never regretted any of them. I always try to get what I am looking for. Anyone of the watches I have gotten rid of I could find again if I really wanted too.

Until the right one comes along Johnny, then will you still be able to say the same thing?

Well, you know that I kinda regret having bought the Rollie ONLY after I discovered the Panerai brand a couple of months later.

But if and when that 'right' deal comes along... then yeah, I would say I would have no regrets.

I haven't sold one yet, but if/when I do, I hope I don't have any regrets.

I'm with Daren on this one. I haven't had any regrets, yet. As long as it's not a vintage piece and it could be purchsed again if need be.
