I'm an avid recreational diver but I can't go down bellow 45 feet, I have a really tough time regulating the presure in my inner ear, my ear drum was punctured when I in college

I won't presume to educate you, but I have had experience with a number of folks who've said something similar and it turned out to be waiting too long to equalize.

Some people can "get away" with more than others, but the trick is to equalize early and often. If you're doing it very frequently on the way down, then it's not as much of a hurdle.

I just download the Follow JJ add on to my Firefox. It works like a charm and I make sure you keep up your posting standard each day.

Ahh, I recognise that place! I've been on that exotic location with my Explorer 14270 once, and it is only good for 100 meters, but it made it without problems. And so did I.

Cool!!! Was that saturation diving? (from your avatar, it looks like you are a commercial/professional diver, that's why I ask).

107m with a SD (CC Rebreather with a trimix diluant)

Must say though, I don't normally wear a watch whilst diving in and around the UK.

Does not sound like many use their dive watches for what they were designed.
69 Sub 5512 has been to 300ft and over 200ft more time than can be counted. Never leaked. Last dive in the 80's I believe.

On scuba, my main Sub has gone to approx. 150 feet. In a submersible, to 16,109 feet.

My TTBlue Sub has gone to about 110-120 feet, same for my SD on scuba. The SD and my Daytona have gone to 12,500 feet in a submersible.

My 1680, 5512 and 5513 have all gone to about 60 feet on my wrist, but much deeper before me.
