Called up the service centre at West Malling yesterday PM to ask for the 2012/2013 brochure, and firstly got straight through then had a nice interesting conversation about the new models. Also discovered I can take watches there and collect them myself at service time, which I like the sound of. But best of all, this morning I got the new brochure, the Baselworld 2013 brochure at the updated pricing booklet through my tester box. The very next day!

Brilliant.

I must admit having lived in both Countries ...my experiance is that the RSC Ive used in the 'West End' was quite superb and the best Ive had.
