Pls tell me the super jubilee was released today?

So I've just got in and reading some twoddle about some colour blind Daytona & non-Pepsi GMTIIc. Please tell me Rolex released something that people actually want, ie a super jubilee for the DJII?

When you say new, you mean out for a couple of years but in a metal that's now affordable by the masses?

Correct - just a new variation

To be fair, a jubilee bracelet is simply a modification on something that's been around for years. We've had the bracelet for years and the DJII for years.

I know many people want a jubilee DJII but that doesn't make it a big release. It would be a simple change like a change of metal. Nothing revolutionary.

I don't think you will see jubilee bracelets on the DJII...just me speculating of course. It looks to me as if Rolex has intentionally sided with the oyster, which gives them the easy link, which probably has more mass appeal.

Rolex did not do much investment in my book. Very disappointing Baselworld showing.

Do you mean like the simple modification of dial and bezel colors on the new Daytona thats been around for years? Or the simple modification to the DD,that has been around for years, with lots of dial and leather strap colors? Or the simple change to platinum on the new Daytona and calling it a big release at Baselworld 2013?

Your examples are not exactly proving why Rolex shouldn't or didn't release a super jubilee for the DJII.

I'll tell you why they didn't release it. They did it to make me wait another year.
