+3. Easier to adjust as all you have to do is hack it until the correct time approaches.
If it ran slow, you would have to move the hands to the correct time.

Wow and that would be a very hard and difficult thing to do, just think you will have to unscrew the crown and pull out the stem then turn the crown to adjust the hands.A very very difficult task to do that must take a lot of energy and the use of your fingers.
