The factory finish of a band new Rolex is and will always be different from a watch that has been repolished (by a third party or even by Rolex AD or RSC). So yes there is value / premium on a watch being unpolished.
If I have the choice between two watches that are both in new condition and never worn. One with stickers and one without then I would not pay a premium. But a watch that does not have stickers might have been repolished.
