It's been a few years on both model, neither has become "worth more" except in relation to price increases.
I'd get the Deepsea, you like big watches anyway. The Deepsea is not run of the mill 44mm, it has some heft to it. Takes about a day to get used to. Love mine. |

Love my green. Color changes in light. The Deep Sea is amazing too engineering but I had one for a week and bagged it on everything due to its height. Maybe it's just me though.
Can't go wrong with either. |

Definitely try on the Deepsea. I tried it on today and I was not prepared for how massive it really is. It's the thickness that is the real killer. I have a flat 7.25 inch wrist and while it looked great from above, it seemed ridiculous from the side.
I was considering it myself, but after trying it today, there is no way. I prefer slightly larger watches and the 44mm wasn't the issue. Don't go on people's wrist shots because most of them are from the top. |

I prefer the green sub out of those two. I was originally going to get the dssd, but after trying it on I thought the band was kind of not in proportion to the case. Also its a very very thick watch, wound up getting the sub-c and couldn't be happier. . Just mho, can't go wrong either way the dssd is a beast

I myself got the lvc finally. Dssd is a great watch but it is all black which is a bit bored to me..
I am happy with my choice, love the green dial so much. |
