Too bad, so sad, too much money and not enough sense.

So how severely damaged does it have to be to 'write-off' a $1.2 M vehicle?

Who can afford this kind of cars, I'm sure he will go back and pick up a new one!
but the question is, who is this guy, and how can he manage all this wealth?
Unless his Daddy who is giving him everything !

I have 114060 and I feel rich! I don't know if I had 1.2 Million in my account, what will happen to my poor heart lol ?!

That should buff out.

It does reinforce my love for my Honda Accord for street driving.

These guys with powerful engines drive in the same traffic I do and I manage to have a lot of fun, without having to worry about stuff like that.

Full disclosure: I have totaled three cars in my lifetime, so I cannot cast stones.

The term accident is too kind.

Totaled due to over-optimistic operation with a predictable outcome.

Well, that's the end of that car. It was only a day off the lot too. I wonder if speed was a factor? Or perhaps someone yapping on a cell phone not paying attention pulled out in front of them.

I watched a jeep that was only 4 days off the lot burn to a shell a few weeks ago. Parts of it were melted to the asphalt. The kid parked it on top of leaves. It took us a while to put it out.. stubborn fire. Stuff happens.

I think if I owned a car with those kinds of capabilities I'd keep the high speed driving confined to the track.

I'm with you Grady "There but for the grace of God go I" I haven't totaled a car (puh-puh-puh) but I have had track days with some pretty elite automobiles and they are not easy or even safe to drive. The Lambo Murcielago was a total beast and if given the chance not sure I would drive it again.

Look clearly the kid was young and we all equate a young driver as a stupid driver, but like all stereo-types there are exceptions to the rule... That said I'd like to read the police report before I defend him any further!

Hopefully the driver and the passenger aren't seriously injured or those hospital fees will REALLY make them regret the accident
