First Time in a Rolex Boutique

Very pleasant experience. Got to try on the 126610LN (sub date) and 116509 (Daytona white gold). There were numerous other models on display and available to try but I wasn't interested. Registered interest for the sub date, wanted to also register interest for Pepsi but they told me I can be wait-listed for only one steel sports watch at a time. This also means I could have gotten on a waitlist for the daytona. I have no prior purchase history and walked in wearing a $300 watch. When I asked how long the wait is they said it is very random and can be a few weeks, 3 months, 5 months or a year.




Lesson: Go to a Rolex-only boutique!
