TEMPOKING/ Anastasios

Tempoking, or as I know him, "RPM" (Rolex Parts Man), or as of recently, "Uncle A" since he calls me nephew... which I THINK is a step up from grasshopper! Man, what can I say about this fella that has not been said already!

Sure people always misspell his name, mispronounce it frequently, or people like me have a new name for him weekly, but he doesn't mind! His thoughts are on ROLEX ROLEX ROLEX!!!

Uncle A and I have done some small deals in the past, but most of our email communications surrounded around watch discussion, pricing, and acquiring unobtanium parts- all with great success.

Recently, I picked his brain on a few things and mentioned the fact that I was selling a new Lvc, and he asked "how much", I gave my price and he said SOLD- loot was here in a flash! So quick, I was like damn, I am gonna miss this thing!!! HAHA!

Moving on, I had given him a call about shipping his watch or something of the like, and mentioned about a watch that had just run out of warranty and was acting weird, and that I was debating whether or not to send it to Dallas RSC in hopes of them extending a few months grace period and fixing it under warranty. Uncle A exclaims (read- YELLS AT ME!!! HAHAHA ) , SO WHATS THE PROBLEM WITH ME TAKING TO ATHENS TO HAVE IT FIXED!!!??!!! (He offered a few days earlier) ..... At that point I explained that I did not want to inconvenience he or his buddy in Greece. He assured me it was ok, and in the box went the watch along with the one I sold him.

I have dealt with many Rolex fans, and most all have been super helpful, (ALL I have encountered on this forum have been for sure), but Tempoking is in a different world! He is kind, trustworthy, witty, knowledgeable.... the list goes on and on!

I am lucky to be able to deal with Mr. A, and encourage anyone else to as well! A TRUE ASSET to this forum!

Thanks for everything Anastasios!

Yes. Anastasios is a great, honest man to do a watch deal with....have done many, small and large, and he's the greatest.....I could tell you he shipped me three bracelets without any payment to look at, no charge, but you wouldn't believe me...would ya......

I, as have many many others, recommend him without reservation!

Ok, A., try to fit your head through that door now.........

"A" went out of his way for me in getting a dial I wanted and was extremely helpful and delivered on a "date" watch with particular dial I wanted. He is one of the good guys. I will buy without hesitation from him a few others on here. These guys are my ADs.

I have not even got my watch yet, but I feel exactly as you. This is a special man. I told him I thought I was probably older because he always calls me young man. Well I was wrong and he sent me his picture. He looks great and really enjoys life. We can all learn a lot from A.

I meant to add that Uncle A, bar none, gave me the best deal by a long shot then anyone else. My wife is an Omega fan but I am trying to convince her on a Rolex for her soon to be Birthday. Uncle A will get the call immediately if not sooner. All my friends and family should be like him!
