I don't have a dog but I met one of these on Saturday.
French Mastiff. Big fella - tremendous looking dog and a nice temperament.
I liked him a lot more than I liked his owner.'

You're right about them looking great and the temperament is brilliant. He wasn't too happy about not being allowed to take his driving test though. I'm sure he thought it was a BrExit thing!

Luckily, with your location, I know it wasn't me

I've read that they're known as Maligators in the LE community, due to their bite strength and tenacity, is that true?

Once you've had boxers, there's really no way to go back to any other kind of dog.

We call them Maligators because they want to bite everything lol. They have a very strong "hunt" and "fight" drive.

In our K9 group of 9 K9 teams, I would say the GSDs bite harder. However the Mals are crazy awesome and psychotic. lol.

Chris, Really pretty Husky. Your pup looks so much like mine when he was a few months old. Got used to the shedding yet? :) Aloha, Tim

Thanks Tim, I don't think I'll ever get used to the shedding especially with black seats in my car and a black couch!!

Love the white paws and tail tip

Chris, I hear ya on the shedding and upholstery, we sweep up soccer ball size hair balls everyday. They roll across the tile floor like tumbleweeds. :) They are fun dogs though, strong willed, but fun. Aloha, Tim
