A crazy Incoming story

So, earlier today, in another thread, I told you guys and gals I would visit my AD, and report back on the rumor about whether the motif dials (palm dial and fluted dial were discontinued. So, I visited, solely to ask that question. While there, a guy was picking up his allocation, but wound up turning it down. My new SA, who I already had a relationship with (bought our wedding jewelry from har, and my original SA, Dave, got a promotion to another location) asked me if I’d like to see the watch. I said, “Sure”. She offered it to me, and I am now the proud owner of yet another 36 mm Datejust: the Wimbledon bi-metal on oyster with yellow gold fluted bezel. Good thing my husband was with me, and approved.
