Thank You Dalip

I feel somewhat happy and some sadness.
We all know that Dalip has an awesome collection of Rolex's and PAM's, he's constantly buying great pieces off David SW....he's making way toooooooooo much coin and doesn't really know what he wants or likes at times

6 months ago, he attended a GTG and he had this GMT II COKE on, my eye's nearly popped out, it was a stunner!!!

Since then, us Perth guys have had many a GTG and I always ask Dalip to bring the Pepsi/Coke.....His response was "I have a alot of watches and therefore I need to rotate my collection". FAIR ENOUGH, RESPECT!!!!!!!!!
Being an owner of a 16613, I told him that I really liked the Pepsi and looked forward to the day when I did own one.

Somehow/somewhat, our Mate Dalip has gone hardcore and has fallen in love with anything CERAMIC
We do speak on a very regular basis and when I was offered the GMT Master II, I couldn't believe it!!!! this piece is HOT!!!!! Prestine and comes with the Coke and the Black Basel!!!!
Am proud to announce that I am the new owner of this awesome piece and my sadness is that you actually had the heart to let this piece go Dalip. I will take absolute care of this piece and THANK YOU my Friend.

Cheers Guys, I wore the piece to the races today and scored afew comments, the RED and BLUE does stick out more than the BLUE & GOLD apprently.

@ Cru Jones, spot on Mate, Dalip was born in India, grew up in the UK, speaks like one too and has been living here in Perth for the past 9 years, he's our local, we're claiming him

John, you may as well yell at the Indian Ocean!!

Dalip has fun with it and his moods and taste sway alot...His attitude and demeanor about it are comical and enlightning..All the best Dalip on the replacements!
Question is, will any of these "replacements" still be there for my next visit??

Good question!

We all go through swinging taste and moods. I am going through them right now as I seem to have caught the bug of flipiatis.

Wearing a watch that Dalip loves and adores, its a priceless moment and seeing the smile on his face says it all!

That's a fantastic watch Des & I think it's pretty bloody cool to be honest that such a stunner stayed 'in the family'.

I'm honestly chuffed for you mate.....

(& I'm intrigued to see what ol' Flipper-Dalip's gonna chase down next too..... )
