For me. No. My watch is worth more than my car. But it's a prius with leather that never has any issues with a rebuilt suspension so you don't feel like you are driving a marshmallow. It's so reasonable it's hard to replace.

We have a Prius as well, and LOVE it, (we have owned various BMW's, a Benz, Lexuses, and a Volvo and my wife wouldn't trade it for any of our previous cars, the 52mpg of course helps hahaha

I love my Honda Accord, but it weighs considerably more than all my Rolex watches put together. I guess I should just keep collecting Rolex watches. Maybe it will all balance out eventually.

This is my former 2008 M series 16600 and my 2012 1M Coupé
I now have a SD 116600 and I think the watch is depreciating more than my car at the moment:)

Cheers
Robin

For my 60th my wife bought me a Lexus, for my 61st (today) I got the watch of my desire - a Submariner with black face in two tone. I made the best decision of my life putting her through medical school!! J

I probably don't fit in too well here...

Bad lighting... The truck is blue. Not too far off from the face of the Bluesey...

Can't forget the BLNR...

Nice thread. Keep the pics coming!

I would say my watch matches my motorcycle(s) though.
I consider any one who can drive any car that many miles to be a real car guy and props for driving a minivan instead of an SUV. Most of the SUVs I see, and that's a bunch, never do anything more demanding that jump a curb from time to time.

I think the entire luxury trucks, sportscars, sedans, etc...all look very balanced with a Rolex.
It all depends on your lifestyle but generally if you can appreciate quality, then it permeates in all your purchases. That is the very definition of "balanced". Value to money goes out the window in a luxury type of lifestyle.
If you love your ride and it fits your lifestyle then you probably are where you should be. Those that over spend on watches or cars outside their comfort zone tend to have those items owning them instead of the other way around.

Tough watch, tough truck. I would say you are. High optioned Jeeps and pickups cost some serious coin.

Is your vehicle and your Rolex a balance

I say no. A DSSD with a 2014 Chevy Silverado LTZ crew. Now that I think about it, maybe. Tool watch. Tool truck??

Can't decide which watch goes better with the Turbo S so I am rotating between the DD and the GMT.
