It seems Stella dials are going for huge sums these days. If it's real and in nice shape (hard to tell from pic), I would think mid to high teens retail would be about right.

If it's boxed with papers and in as good condition as it looks at face value, then I'd probably give you $14,000 for it if you are looking to sell.

that photo looks like it's got a heavy instagram filter on it. can you take one in natural light, without any post-effects?
