Suggestions to unblock an outside drain

Had similar experience about 2 years ago with same drain. Managed to unblock that time but not this time

External drain - if I have a shower - fine. But if someone goes in after me - the drain overflows. Washmachine - ok till about final rinse & then again drain overflows. Just very slow to clear - it goes over side slabs at side of house & this morning the smell very noticeable

I got a set of cheap drainage rods from few years ago. Combined with the pressure washer - managed to get it unblocked then.

But now - tried above now twice without success. Just having my lunch now waiting for the caustic soda to take its turn to see if that looses up whats causing the blockage. I'll go out in 30 min's & flush with bolining water.

Is there anything stronger maybe chemical wise anyone aware of ?? Something I can maybe pour down & leave overnight.

Failing that just gonna have to repeat above a few more times before biting bullet & getting plumber in

Drano, Liquid plummer, stuff like that. I'm not exactly sure what your talking about as I didn't sleep that much and your talking about outside drains and your shower. Good luck

Try a mixture of baking soda & vinegar.

Works in my showers, (when Drano & Liquid Plumber doesn't).

Drano & Liquid Plumber will probably damage the pipes making little dents and grooves in them making it easier for things to stick and clog again.

Baking Sode/Viniger or a snake would be better.

I use muriatic acid ( you can get at a pool supply ) its just stong enough to work but not strong enough to eat metal pipes... I have had to use up to two gallons before. It only costs about $8...
