I clicked the link, then used it to enter his name. Then the pictures and information came up.
Several years ago, I needed a part and NOBODY was helping me get it. Steve stepped up and helped me, and at a very fair price. I did several more transactions with Steve, he even served as middle-man on some deals - a seller would send the watch to Steve, he would verify authenticity and I would then pay the seller, then I'd pay Steve to service the watch and send it to me. Then, I sent my wife's daily-wear Date to him, via USPS. A week goes by, I contact him, and he claimed he never got it. I had to file a claim with USPS - took nearly a year, but I got reimbursed for the amount of insurance I paid for. Not long after that, the other issues with Steve started to become visible... FWIW, the watches he worked on for me have performed flawlessly!

Glad the link now works. It is sad to see the direction he has taken. Hopefully he will turn things around and not back slide.
