The AMS mods on it increase the total vehicle costs to around double of the 2010 stock price; it is a high-mid 9 second 1/4 mile car on pump gas and a very low 9 second car on MS109E race gas (~2.5 second 0-60).

'64 Impala - very nice. It reminds me of the Dr. Dre videos from the early '90's.

I don't own a car (I guess technically I do though my wife picked it out and drives it 99% of the time), so I would say that public transit doesn't balance my Rolex all that well!

That's sick! Unfortunately my SCCA days are well behind me. I'd be happy with just the stocker.

Here's a video of one getting a 9.19 second 1/4 mile:

Just got the old Triumph TR6 back on the road .... now waiting for some summer days.......to get it out with my vintage Rolex

It sounds brilliant with its straight 6 fuel injected engine and big bore exhaust but probably does 0-60 in the same time QC can get there, park up and have lunch.......if I'm lucky...... No power steering either......!!!

But gets far more attention than anything else I've ever owned..... from Porsches to Ferrari's and there is also clearly too much of my time, sweat, cursing and of course money deeply ingrained in it ever to sell......

Some photos round a friend's (or should I say my mechanical mentors) house (where I store it) today below.....

Also the most rediculous vehicle I have ever owned....... don't ask why.... My only defence is that it was many years ago when I was fooling around in rock bands.....

Awesome car nonetheless. Great time of the year for it also.

I had the Lotus Elise and an Exige S240 without power steering; fun stuff!

Thanks and yes fantastic for those summer days and country lanes.....

Love the old Lotus' too. I recently hired one of the new ones (Lotus Evora) in St Tropez for 4 or 5 days but it just didn't have the same spark..... trying to be a supercar but failing.....

I suppose it is if you put it like that I don't have a car but there is a 1 series BMW and a Mercedes on the drive if that counts

I have a 2012 Black Sub C and I like to drive my 1975 Plymouth Valiant with my left arm out the window.
The air dosen't work.

Nice ride but I'm thinking you need a white dial Daytona to go with it.

Well just imagine you and four mates partying around Europe in it....... Turn up in the ghostbusters machine, play the gig, mingle with the cutest locals you can find, party hard then jump in the mean machine, drive to the next town and do it all over again...... I remember a 3 week tour of Spain from Barcelona to San Sebastian and when I got back, I don't think I'd seen any daylight......
