what do i do now?
where do i take my collection?
i was initially going to get a zenith el primero but then saw the omega PO 8500. these are 2 very different watches. what direction do i go? dive watch or a little bit more dressy EP chronograph. which one is better in terms of price, quality, innovation, looks, toughness, service cost and access, long term ownership, etc. etc. i already have a pam112 and gmt2c. decisions, decisions |

If it was up to me, I would pick the Zenith. When I think about Zenith, El Primero is the first thing come to mind.

i agree that the ep is more refined, prettier and very robust movement.
but isn't it a lagging behind in terms of innovation? i mean it doesn't even have hackable seconds. just a push in crown. it uses screws to attach a case back. |
