Montblanc 162/163 crack repair

Hey everyone.

I have had a 3 piece mont blanc collection consisting of 2 meisterstuck classiques. 1 bp and one rb as well as a mystery starwalker. After dropping my bp meisterstuck, it developed a crack at the end of the barrel which would cause the crack to slightly open while writing. I didnt want to pay 80$ to ship it to mb for a .00000001 cent part, so I decided to try and fix the crack myself.

I got a 2$ liquid super glue by scotch and it really seemed to do the trick.

Tools

Scotch liquid super glue.
A cue tip to apply the glue
Some goo gone to remove excess glue.

The crack was fixed immediately after applying the glue since the glue dries super fast.

Hope this helps someone

I can always file the glue down a little bot to make it look more even, but its really not that noticeable.
