Gmt 1675
http://cgi.ebay.com/Vintage-Scarce-1...1%7C240%3A1318
Here is a fairly nice, vintage GMT offered on ebay by hessfineauctions with many of the original papers that are quite scare to find with a 1960's GMT today. The watch is circa 1965, sold new in 1967 and listed as a 1961 (which was probably a typo). It has many of the original papers, but the box appears to be a service box and not original as listed. The band and dial, probably hands also, appear to be Rolex service replacement parts, so one should factor that in when bidding - as the seller does not provide this information in the auction. The auction states that the watch was serviced in 1979 and appears to have been done by Rolex USA.

Err buddy Springer...apart from what you have amply mentioned...
in these pictures of the watch...Orchi notices 2 important things... A 24hr Hand which has lost it's Tritium luminous marker... n the Second hand is scratching the crystal(under)... The watch needs the TLC...n attention...by a competent watchsmith... |

Orchi:
That's not a 24 hour hand anymore. It's a porthole to another dimension. Terry Newton

I have personally added the info to the auction in giant red letters to reflect the posters typo and the box mistake.
Jeff this is a terrific collection of Rolexes that we bought. Check them out. The gold ovetone is my favorite. |

Thanks. Mistakes will happen to the best of us. A little TLC and you have a great watch... of course depending on how high the bidding goes. |

Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page. He changed it, but because there were bids, he could not change the original listing - just add to the listing Mike

I checked when I posted and it was already done. As Mike said, at the bottom of the page. There were bids already so I believe he could not change the listing only add to it. |
