Yes, I bought an FPJourne from them. It was a great experience. I worked with Irina. The watch I wanted wasn't easy to source, but Irina was on it and I was patient and proactive.

I reached out to a number of dealers, but Pacific Bay Watch got me the best deal with the best quality.

I'd work with Irina again no question.
