1957 Submariner
Good morning all,
The 6536 1 is not a model of which I have seen many examples in the metal. This one was brought in to my colleagues on Saturday. Consistent with a number of my records, it has a 3067xx case number with III.57 case-back and 1030 calibre movement, the movement itself being numbered within the range of others in the relevant batch of a thousand or so watches. The watch has six service marks from Rolex London on the interior :-) Bezel wear at 6 and 12 is fantastic and reminds me of contemporary Milgauss bezel wear. With kind regards to all, Haywood Milton, UK |
