BLRO completes my GMT collection

It took awhile to get my BLRO. I am pleased to add this to my collection. Had it not been my checking in with my AD about two weeks ago, I don’t think I would have gotten it. Moreover, the economic and health crisis had something to do with as well.

Wish everyone the best of health and safety.

Thank you all. I had the 16710 and gifted it to my brother a long time ago. Last year, When I started looking into buying another 16710, the prices were and are out of control. I decided to wait for the BLRO and in the meantime picked up BLNR. My BLNR is the pre-jubilee model on a jubilee bracelet.

Out of all, I enjoy wearing my Explore IIs and my favorite is still the LN.

I know the model. I have the same one. What I mean is why do you prefer it over the others?

My first 6 digit GMT. I am not a big fan of the SubC, although I have the blusey and SubC date. The LN to me is simple, elegant and GADA watch with great complication which has been much more useful to me than other watches. The GMT IIc sits better on my wrist than the SubC.

If the LN did not have the PCL, it would have been a great watch for someone who only wants one watch to wear and the GMT IIc LN would be my recommendation. Obviously, it is not in production anymore.

I do like all the GMT bezel variants and clearly each one has a special place in my collection. I am drawn to the LN all the time.

That’s one happy GMT collection! Congrats on the BLRO. Would you mind telling us how long you had to wait for the Pepsi?

Very cool. Are these your only Rolex's, or is this just your GMT collection?

This is just the GMT collection. It was never intended to be, but one is never enough and we have too many enablers on TRF.
