Well comparing your dial with a legit dial, the diamonds on the real one are closer to the inside roman numeral ring. Maybe the person who appraised it took in consideration that the dial was aftermarket, lowering the value. Maybe I'm wrong, maybe Leo can correct me.

It also looks like there is a spot of lume on the one, that doesn't appear on this dial. But maybe it is the "fuzzy" crystal and difficult to tell across the Internet.
