Just Purchased Oyster Perpetual Model 116000

I recently just purchased my first Rolex (Oyster Perpetual #116000 with silver stick and arabic dial) from an Authorized Distributor. Love the watch! When verifying the serial # to the watch case with the AD, the model # is stamped at the 12:00 position, yet there is NO serial # on the 6:00 position between the lugs. The Serial # is engraved on the inner ring, however. The serial number appears to be one of the newer, random numbers beginning with a Q. Has anyone else run across this on newer production models where the serial number is no longer stamped on the case? Is this something to be concerned about? Any advice would be appreciated.

X2.

Also I prefer the brushed look of the bracelet against the PCL of the DJ.
