Sports watch collection

So this is the state of the collection ...

1) Speedmaster 3750 : An everyday watch
2) Sub 114060 weekends, holidays
3) Vintage Mark II - every (dry) day watch
4) Explorer II On rubber strap - Weekend watch / 'beater'
5) Daytona 116500 - everyday watch
6) Patek 5711 - Special occasions/ everyday watch
7) AP 15313 - smart casual watch

Really starting to appreciate the everyday wearability of Rolex!

Pending -

8) Day-date on leather /JLC Reverso/Patek 5196 - IF I ever make up my mind! - The truth is I don't find the need for a dress watch with these 7 keeping me busy!

Would love to hear your opinions and some suggestions

Very nice. Are you an Archie fan? This seems like it fits all his recommendations, assuming you add the Reverso.

Love the collection. If you add something, maybe do a precious metal

If you don’t have any need for a dress watch, then don’t buy one.
Should you simply want one to have for the rare occasion you’ll get to use it, then spend only as much as it takes to get one which look good enough for the task – don’t automatically assume it has to be a Calatrava or Saxonia.

For me, that’d make the likes of a Grand Seiko SBGW0xx (manual wound) or Girard Perregaux 1966 likely candidates.

Others could include the GP Vintage 1945 (since you like the Reverso tonneau shape), H Moser Mayu, or Bvlgari Octo Solotempo.
If you’re feeling a bit “sod convention…”, then you could consider the Arnold & Son Nebula

Very nice collection, for a dress I'd get a Lange 1 or RL, or a Moser.

Fantastic collection of watches. A rose gold dress watch with complications would be a great addition. A patek 5396, 5205 or a lange 1 moon phase would be my choice. You had and sold the reverso so wouldnt get that one again. Or you could also get a vintage gold dress watch.

Thats a lot of watches. Maybe sell 1 or 2 of them that you wear the least to add the PM dress watch. I love the trio on the right. Not them ;)

Lovely collection mate, think a yellow/pink gold watch with some complications. Aim for a Lange!

I have a love hate relationship with complications. Don't like having to set it when I pick it up ( winders are annoying) and the service times on complications are insane at times
So might end up with a simple gold dress Watch

Great collection, it needs Zenith El Primero. You may also consider of titanium or carbon ceramic

Love the Al Naboodah, it's the little things.

Re additions I've been looking seriously at a day-date also. I do think the classic 36mm is the way to go, and white or rose. But get the bracelet, you can always put a strap on it when you wish.

True the little bit of colour makes a huge difference!
The day-date on a bracelet is still too hip hop star for me so I don't know if I'll ever want to wear it with a bracelet.

How about a Gold Reverso?

Wonderfully elegant, different shape case adds to more diversity, and you should have a JLC in your collection.

Or a good alternative is a simple no date dress watch. You can buy used or vintage for that. Wonderful collection by the way.

Certainly some very iconic watches there...but what about something a bit more unusual that speaks to you in a more personal way? Then again, adding something quirky might mess with the theme too much.

If it were me, I'd love to add a Lange 1815 Up/Down. Still a big name brand but with some little touches like the power reserve that make it a bit out of the ordinary.

I'd probably stick with the 3 watches on the far right and sell the others. I've gone from 6 to 2 or 3 and couldn't be happier. With the leftover funds you could consider getting a nice dress watch like a lange, another pp, moser etc.
Less is more and quality over quantity is definitely something I am personally sitcking with.
However, that being said, what works for me does not necessarily have to work for you.
