RSC Indonesia

Hi all,

Do you have any experience with RSC Indonesia Service?

My DD needs servicing, including changing the dial.

The dial i wanted is champagne Arabic model and it is not avalable in Indonesia and Singapore so they have to order it directly from Geneva.

I put my watch on February 2, and until now, the dial hasn't arrived in Indonesia, so the watch is still there.

Does it really take more than 2 months for ordering spareparts directly from Geneva?

Rsc indonesia is managed by time international group which is very respectable in terms of watch business in the country. I never dealt with their rsc before, but i did wait about 2 months in order to get a rubber strap for my TAG from the boutique (which is also owned by time international). They said the wait was long since they ordered it from switzerland as well..
