Vintage oyster perpetual authentification

Hi there,

First time poster, and hopefully a first time vintage rolex buyer.

Found a beauty, with a black waffle dial! And am worried it might be too good to be true.

I'm sure most of you have forgotten more than I'll ever know about these things, and so I was hoping you could advise me on whether this is the real deal, and whether there are any red flags

Much appreciated!
