Explorer II Date wheel

I would like to get a 16550 date wheel for my 16570 so I can enjoy the older font with the open 6's and 9's.
Are the 16550 and 16570 date wheels compatible? If I'm not mistaken, the 16550 uses the 3085 movement and the 16570 uses the 3185.
Does anyone have a part number for the 16550 movement, if they are compatible??

Thank you

Ok, in case this mod is frowned upon and that's why I'm not getting responses let me explain my motivation:
1) I'm about to list a vintage Datejust with the open number date wheel and I think the only thing I'm really going to miss is the open font date window.
2) I do plan on keeping the Exp 2 for a while and I will keep the original closed date wheel so I can swap it back if/when I do sell it.

Here's a wheel for a 3185, check the shape of the teeth and also the position of the number relative to the teeth against your wheel.
