He lists in the description that its a franken watch with a redone dial.

Guy say the case back is Rolex from differ watch but is mark 5508 not some other number from other watxh

Im not sure what your point is, it is clear as day that the watch is a franken. I see a pieced together watch. I dont see deception since its clearly described.
He may mean that the case back is from another 5508 from another date that doesnt match the serial date. If you are interested in the piece then send him a note and get details.

It sold for 4K. Probably a relatively fair price.

Dial looks a bit crooked. Shoddy work I imagine.
