Thanks.

The PP and Rolex Boutiques were actually just opposite the AP's.

In addition to the AP, PP & Rolex boutiques, this mall in Kuala Lumpur, it's called Starhill Gallery, also has Breguet, RM, VC, HYT, Hublot, Omega, UL boutiques.

So you really have to spend the whole day (as I did!) just going in and out of the boutiques to enjoy a multitude of great timepieces.

Thanks!

I've always admired APs but never really put any serious thoughts about owning one until a recent sour experience with my Rolex AD in getting the Daytona 500C got me realising that I was willing to spend a bit more for a good watch. http://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=498665

Anyway your Panda 26170 is great, would have been my choice as well if I had not gone with the 15400.

I hope AP bring that dial back to the updated 26470 with ceramic pushers.

Make sure you do! And plan for a few hours to spare to enjoy going over what they have.

Since you already have a black 15400, maybe you can look into the blue ROC.
Or maybe even the blue 15400OR!

Maybe because of the bracelet's beautiful brush finishing and darker rose gold tone??
I don't know... but something about the 15400OR with the blue dial that intrigues me

Looking back at my pics, I think you guys are right, the 15400OR dial is slightly darker blue.
I initially thought it is because of the rose gold giving the dial a darker effect.
Now, this gives me a good excuse to find the time to go back to the boutique to try it on again to 'confirm'

Man, I got to get to Bal Harbour boutique to see this SS blue in person.
My closest AD has not had it (since not a boutique).
Looks fantastic... Great pictures and congrats!

Been reading up this booklet and the "Looking After Your Timepiece" serves as a good reminder of the dos and don'ts for any mechanical watch.

By the way, my SA at the boutique was kind enough to toss in both the ballistic nylon case (Casebudi-like) and the leather service box when I bought my 15400.

I was hoping for the nicer Phase de Lune type but she didn't have that one.

15400 vs 116520

Both are modern sporty dress watches, wear differently but 15400 definitely has the edge with stronger wrist presence, IMHO

Congrats! I love everything about the 15400, especially the blue dial, except of the way it fits my wrist.

Otherwise, I'd already have one!
