Even then every month end, its an issue.. whenever its 1st, 2nd you are never sure if I had to skip the 31st or 29,30, 31 dates for Feb, so on.

Thats why I prefer mostly the no dates, just few date watches!
This is why I bought a $70 winder off amazon. Looks great, works great, and runs really quietly.

Haha, yeah every Jan and Feb I write bad cheques! Nothing to do with overdoing it over Christmas of course.

I just use the bezel as a car park compass.

I've hear of tracking the date on ND models - but not the month. I usually don't need help with the month....the day of the week, however, is another story.

It's a pretty cool little trick. Hope this tip is useful.
Had to sorry.

Winder adjusts for perpetual calender as well? Also its not about $70, not everyone thinks winders are good for their watches!

The bezel can track the year as well but only for the next 46 more years. Beyond 2060 you're screwed, LOL

Can you use it also for the 12 days of Xmas
Twelve drummers drumming,
Eleven pipers piping,
Ten lords a-leaping,
Nine ladies dancing,
Eight maids a-milking,
Seven swans a-swimming,
Six geese a-laying,
Five golden rings,
Four calling birds,
Three French hens,
Two turtle doves,
And a partridge in a pear tree!

Hey, I don't know about you guys, but I love all the watch stuff I pick up on this board. In fact, that is partially why Im here. Learning, rewarding, buying, trading. I'm on my way to being a watch geek...or perhaps a WIS?

Im always learning another cool thing or cool story to tell non-watch people. Well, actually, I guess Im the only one who care.

You are not alone, my friend. I go through every name in the family before I hit the right one. And that is with the kid sitting right in front of me. I look at them and go through all the wrong names before I his theirs.

And...I also yell and accuse family members of hiding my keys if I don't immediately see them on the key rack. Only to find them later in the refrigerator which was the first place I went when I got home.

I have become so absent minded in my recent years.

It can even remind you how much children you have.

Well, I have a better use for the rotating bezel; I use it to time my swimming when I'm doing laps. Line it up with the starting minute hand and I can easily tell when the 1/4 hours tick by. It's a great watch for doing lap swimming with. I turn it to the inside of my wrist to avoid any unfortunate interactions with the sides of the pool. For now I can still remember the month and year. The date is a bit more of a challenge.

No worries..... I doubt I'll be around that long. But if I am, I can use it as an excuse to to buy a new watch! 👍👍👍

If you have trouble remembering the month, do you really need to know the time?

Good for tracking the date if you have a ND, rather than the month.
