Looks like an Omega from the 50's era to me, maybe earlier with that dial, I have seen more modern dials adapted that that caliber movement, I managed to find something similar here - Classic Vintage Swiss Made OMEGA watch 50s

The movt dates from 1944-1947. I think the movt is a 30t2 which would be correct for a watch of this period. This is real workhorse of a movt made between 1939 and 1963. Rock solid and straightforward to repair if it should fail.
