Just live with it. Errors and flaws on Rolex make it even more special!

Hope it is a genuine Tiffany dial. And has not been added later. Lots of people paying crazy prices may be in for a shock further down the line. I think I would ask Rolex to fix the dial rather than the seller, so if there is anything amiss you find out now.

I’d drive it over/send to the RSC. If it’s a genuine dial, they will swap it out, if it started it’s life as some other color, they’ll send it back and you can give it back to the grey dealer and try again. That’s the best way forward, and you’ll be sure your turquoise is all genuine and correct.

You don’t get the white tag from many AD’s either.

Definitely get the dial authenticated. If it's genuine, RSC will fix properly. If it's not, the correct non turquoise will be reinstalled at the buyers expense. Unless you are a gambler, I would return it.

No such thing as a genuine Tiffany dial on these OPs.

That is a QC issue right there. Send it to RSC or accept it. I know, neither option is ideal.

The OP bought it grey so paid over the odds.
I'd firmly return it.

Does any of the documentation you have help validate that the dial is genuine? (Not sure how it works with OPs or if that is even possible?)

The hang tag would have the dial color on it in the form of numbers after the reference number but unfortunately the OP's OP did not come with the hang tag.

I’m by no means questioning the authenticity for the dial and yes it looks like there is a mark by the marker but personally, at this price point I’d have more of an issue with the quality of the overall printing of the dial. The “R”’s in chronometer and certified appear all different. The last “R” in chronometer appears high and outside also. The “E”’s vary. Spacing in “Certified” seems irregular. Again I’m not question the authenticity I just think it’s Rolex level of dial work. It’s not their thing. They make high quality, robust watches. I also agree with Peter, “put away the loupes” when looking at a mass produced dial. I’m sure Rolex will fix the mark but then you’re left with mediocre printing and again “put the loupes away” and life will be perfect or look at the many brands out there that are known for dial work. Rolex is not one of them.

In closer inspection not one of the R’s look the same. I’d like to see some other OP dial close ups.

The dial looks authentic. Here’s mine when picked up from AD.

Can you photograph from more than one angle? I can’t tell if it’sa crack or partial shadow. Light plays word tricks sometimes.

Yikes! In that case, this would personally make me very uneasy given how in demand this watch is and how much it sells above MSRP in that particular configuration.

I am sure it is very possible that the first owner lost the hang tag and this is a OEM Rolex dial that just has an imperfection, but it also seems a little coincidental. If this was sold as new or like new, I'd be even more concerned.

This is how it's supposed to look... The rehaut is ever so slightly off, a few degrees to the right, or the dial placement

This. The two pictures posted of the two different dials look hardly alike.
Not saying one is authentic and one is not, just different.
