After 13 years, I love my second wife too!! LOL!!

Hi guys,

Yes, it's been exactly 13 years today that I purchased my second wife on March 21, 1998 and she's responded to my every touch and loves me with the same fervor as my Zemina!!!

Shhhhhhhhhhhhhh...........................making sure Zemina NEVER reads this!!

So here she is........................all 1800 cc, 5-stick shift, 4 cylinders with Twin Overhead Cams of muscle and glory - my beloved 1994 MAZDA LANTIS, 4-door sedan.

Thanks, Bruno.

Well, used cars have bugger all resale value here, so if you have a good, trouble-free car which is rendering you excellent service, might as well keep it serviced at regular intervals and well-maintained all the time. It will give you a lifetime of superb service.

Good looking car, JJ. Yup, regular maintenance would make a car serviceable for very long time. Just curious, what is the mileage on it now?

That DOHC 135 horse engine is sweet! It's like a 4-door Miata sports car.

Great car JJ! Looks amazing after 13 years.

I'm sure you still remember me from a period some time ago when I used to post here more often. Hello and regards from the States!

The ONLY downside to that nice car is MANUAL transmission!

I tried to persuade my dad to buy same model (it was named 626 in Europe) in 2002. (maybe it was even newer model, I don`t remember), but with 2 liter Turbo-Diesel engine.
Though he liked the car very much, he instead go for KIA Carnival, and until today, I really don`t know why he did it!

Great to see you posting, JJ!

Close to 124,000 Km (around 77,500 miles). Not really too much for a 13 year old car; but then NZ is a small country and distances are not too far apart.
