Icon17 PICS - WA Perth PRE-CHRISTMAS GTG.

So - a few of the TRF membership met up in our little remote corner of the world here in Perth Western Australia

It was a fantastic evening as ever - had an absolute blast - great company, food and booze

Great to meet some new faces also - they were 93 Turbo (Jules); Uzzi (Chris) - added to them were myself, Des (EE33), Mitchy, John Beth; Linz Jnr, Mike + Des'partner Rose. My wife Alison joined us later for dinner

Mitch also presented us regulars with a glass each with our TRF names engraved on them...superb my friend...thanks

(You'll see Des looking at his as you scroll through)

We met at the Melbourne for a few beers prior to dinner.....:

Myself (left) and Des (right):

Uzzi (right) and Mike:

Des and Mike:

Jules (93 Turbo) nearest - Mitchy in the middle and Linz Jnr :

Uzzi (chris) left; Rose (middle) and Jules (Turbo 93) right:

A few more:

The we headed over to 9 Mary's Indian restaurant for dinner - superb food and atmosphere

Here is John Beth in the middle -

so now all are named I'll let the pics do the talking

Mike decided to give his watch a beer bath...must be safe to do that

It was hungry also:

Then he needed to give it a clean....

I was happy when Alison turned up - So happy in fact I couldn't open my eyes

..and more of the dinner

Linz and Alison -

..and finally the compulsory table shots:

Thanks all - was a fabulous time

It was great getting to know other members that had not been to previous GTG's with us! Great food and great company, what else could you ask for?
Thanks Mitch for the glass mate!

Great pictures Dalip! Glad to hear you guys had a great time!

EDIT: I just found out that it seems Johnbeth didn't bring his Patek Philippe to that GTG. I can't say I'm not disappointed...I mean, I like that watch...

FANTASTIC night guys!

Was great to catch up with the Perth crew before Xmas and a real pleasure meeting Chris and Jules. Hopefully next time I'll be sitting nearer to you Chris and we can have a chat .
The food was amazing, the beer icy cold and the company awesome as always, thanks again to Des and Dalip for organizing it you blokes are a well oiled team (not literally ).
Mitchy thanks again for the engraved glass mate, very thoughtful of you and also for the lift home although your 1210am attempt at a burnout in you BMW out front of my house did sound a little lame (my wife heard it and she agrees ) everyone knows they work better UP a steep hill than down
Lastly, Dalip I've got to say after all your beverage charged talk about your long suffering wife being awesome (looking at your "modest" collection she must be ) over the last couple of GTG's after meeting Alison last night I have to agree she is one hell of a lady. Was a great pleasure chatting with her, I just hope I didn't bore her too much after all those beers (was the waiters fault ) Seriously though was a pleasure to meet your other half.

Looking at the photos it's a wonder I came home with my watch and wallet! Thanks again it was great fun

Perth party looked fun - and beer-dunking Rolexes is an interesting sport.

Great pics, especially the group watch ones. Dalip, your AP looks spectacular and really stands out even among all those other nice watches.

Looks like an awesome GTG. Makes me wish Chicago was a little closer to Perth.
