This watch is an amazing example of the 6424 precision. For those unaware, the 6424 is a standout in the Precision line, as it features a larger case than other precision models. It is 36mm without the crown, and has a 20mm lug width. The dial is a study in simple elegance, and this example has its original with tritium markers. The dial is in beautiful condition. The hands are also original and only show mild and appropriate aging. The case is in terrific shape with a few hairlines and light marks, but nothing you can feel. The strap is a NOS Rolex croc.

I just had this watch fully overhauled. It got a full COA service, a new (genuine rolex) crystal and had all gaskets replaced. The watch was pressure tested and passed with flying colors. The piece will come with a full years warranty on the mechanical service. It is ready to wear and enjoy...an absolute stunner of a vintage piece. It is an easy 90% or better piece.
