FS: Vintage 1967 Omega Speedmaster Professional Pre-Moon 145.012-67 Caliber 321

Hey TRF, up for sale is an Omega Speedmaster Professional Pre-Moon, Ref. 145.012-67, powered by the caliber 321 movement. This watch has a 2453XXXX serial number indicating 1967 production.

Condition is per the photos and as follows:

Case: 42mm stainless steel case in very good condition. The case shows numerous surface scratches and minor nicks on both the brushed and polished surfaces as shown. There is a minor ding on the case at about 4:30 where the polished and brushed surfaces meet, and two larger dings on the bottom side of the case at 9 o’clock. Please take a look at the provided photos for the best description of the case’s condition.

Bezel: Period correct dot over 90 bezel in good condition. There is fading/wear from the tachymetre text through the 350 mark. The numbers and text are still intact though partially faded.

Dial/Hands: Original matte black dial with applied metal logo. Hour markers are mostly intact and faded to a nice patina. The second “T” on the bottom of the dial in the “T SWISS MADE T” is missing. Hands appear to be newer luminova replacements but correct for the model including the fantail chronograph seconds hand.

Caseback: Original pre-moon hippocampus caseback marked 145.012-67 inside. Engraving is still very clear on the caseback. There are light tool marks on the sloped surface of the caseback.

Crystal: OEM Omega hesalite crystal with embossed logo in the center. Crystal is very clear with no major scratches, chips, or cracks.

Movement: Original caliber 321 hand wound chronograph movement with a 2453XXXX serial number. All functions work as they should including the chronograph start, stop, and reset to zero. Watch keeps very good time. Service history is unknown.

Bracelet/Strap: Aftermarket leather strap.

Accessories: None. Sold as watch only.
