FS: 1961 Rolex Submariner Ref: 5512 PCG with Brown Gilt Chapter Ring 2 Line Dial


Serial #: 693,XXX
Case: Excellent and thick case that has the original bevel clearly visible and has wear from use.
Has an excellent fat font bezel insert that has faded to a purple/gray hue.
Caseback is stamped 5512 II.61
Dial: Excellent tropical brown, glossy, gilt, chapter ring, 2 line, exclamation point dial that has all of the lume on the markers still intact.
Comes with original gilt hour and minute hands that have wear from age. The black part of the dial is aging to brown.
The glossy finish on the dial has mostly aged to matte. There is a light circular drag mark from the hour hand.
The lume still glows briefly if subjected to intense light, which is correct for dials from this time period.
Bracelet: Brown Horween Shell Cordovan leather strap.
