I’ve been offered this IWC and wanted to hear your opinions about it! Does any of you own this Watch? If so, how is the ownership?

I really like the module designed by Kurt Klaus because of the adjustment made only by the crown, without the need of pushers.

The piece that’s offered to me is from 2015. It was proposed to me to trade it for my ROO + 3k usd. I bought my ROO new in 2008.

Ps: this are my own pictures

not a fan of perpetual watch. The movement is normally fragile, high costs and long service time to maintain. I won't do it.

I like the ROO better. Also, that’s a lot of dials to reset after the watch stops, unless you wear it all the time or keep it on a watch winder.

I've owned the IWC PPC since 2011. It was a daily wearer for a while, don't wear it much these days.

You don't need to worry about robustness for day to day wear. It'll be fine.

I would however get that year sorted out. I think to fix that it will need to go back to IWC or some competent watchmaker. The seller needs to do that for you.

Otherwise the trade/deal seems OK.
