Caseback for vintage Rolex Oyster Perpetual?

Hello everyone,

I am asking this on behalf of a friend:

He is looking to buy a caseback for a vintage Rolex Oyster Perpetual. On the mechanism it says that it is 2 jewels, with the following serial on the side: 846577

I attach a couple of photos so that you can see the watch I am talking about.

Please let me know where I can buy spare parts (the caseback) for such an old watch, I am at loss where to start. We are in Cyprus, so shops in Europe are preferred.
